Housing Public Company Limited announced that for the fiscal year 2022, the company achieved a profit of 349.38 million baht, an increase of 38.68%, with total revenue of 2,648 million baht, up from 2,540 million baht in 2021, representing a growth of 4.24%. This indicates a significant improvement in operational performance for 2022.

Additionally, the company saw an increase in sales revenue to 2,590.91 million baht, up by 87.26 million baht from 2021, while the cost of sales decreased by 66.97 million baht, supported by high demand for residential projects in the price range of 3-5 million baht.

The company is ready to follow its plan to develop new projects in the 3-5 million baht housing market in key potential locations such as the northern, western, and eastern zones in this first quarter, aiming to continuously boost annual revenue growth. In the past, N.C. Housing has adapted well, maintaining strict control over cost management and effectively managing liquidity.

This year, N.C. is prepared to launch 6 new projects worth 4.9 billion baht, aiming to drive sales in 2023 with a challenging sales target of 5.5 billion baht and revenue recognition of 3.2 billion baht. The company is also ready to expand with 6 new horizontal projects valued at a total of 4.9 billion baht. 2023 is set to be a strong growth year for N.C., fully prepared to expand its projects.
